All children are encouraged to participate in, and enjoy, a wide range of sports during their four years at the Redwell Junior School. By using the Leisure Centre facilities, children are introduced to many games including: badminton, basketball, cricket, football, hockey, netball and tennis.  Swimming is provided for Year 5 children at the Wellingborough Pool and all children take part in gymnastics, dance and athletics.
In addition to this, keen and talented children are encouraged to participate in coaching and competitive games in basketball, cricket, football, and chess.
